REFUND POLICY

Every print is made to order. Each Robert O'Brien fine art print is produced individually after you order it, on museum-quality 100% cotton rag paper with archival inks. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We want you to love your print, so please reach out with any questions before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect prints
If your print arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't the print or size you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email us within 30 days of delivery at kellyovisarts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the print showing the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if the print was damaged in shipping
You don't need to send the damaged print back.

Lost packages
If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it's marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to find it or send a replacement.

Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the print may already be in production.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
- $8 flat rate on orders under $100

Processing and delivery times
Every print is made to order by our fine art printing partner in the USA. Please allow 2–5 business days for your print to be produced, inspected and packed, plus 3–7 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Busy seasons, like the weeks before the holidays, can add a few days.

Packaging
Prints ship unframed and are carefully packed in protective packaging to arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
